I persuaded my wife to quit her nursing job after our first kid was born.

There was shit pay, shit hours, shit benefits, incredible mental stress, chronic understaffing, and abusive patients.

It was systemic across every floor and every hospital she worked at.

This video matches our experience when my wife work at 3 different hospitals between 2011 – 2015.

This was a problem before the pandemic ever got here.
