Argues that caffeine let to modern society, allowing us to reach beyond being awake only when the sun is up.

Does effect sleep which can be bad, but shows many positive effects other than that.

I’ve given up caffeine several times. I find that I need a strong hit of caffeine to counter migraines. I also find that if I already have too much in my system that it doesn’t counter the migraines, so for now I’m off caffeine, but I miss the focus and feeling I get from it.
