🌱 Launchbar
App switching tool for macOS. Very similar to Alfred and Quicksilver.
Things I use it for
- open folders/files
- launch applications
- simple math calculations
- move selected files somewhere else on the filesystem hold
⌘space while files are selected then type the folder you want to move them too (great for cleaning up desktop or downloads folders) - search WolframAlpha (how many week days between now and dec 31, etc)
- text transformation (title case, lowercase etc)
- custom
slugifyscript based on this gist - copy/paste history, I have it set to keep 3 days worth of clipboard history (this is the first thing I notice when Launchbar isn’t running)
- search contact info (copy email address/address etc)
