Insulin must be down in order to be in fat burning zone
every time you eat you spike insulin
when insulin is up you cannot burn fat
when your not eating your insulin is down
Muscle is the engine for burning calories
keep showing up
Lack of sleep = no fat burned
starve the fat feed the muscle
