Daily Quotas

  • 5000 - steps
  • 200 - squats
  • 100 - calf raises
  • 200 - push ups
  • 50 - pull ups
  • 100 - sit ups

I did a variation of this for a while, I think it may be a good thing for when traveling and gym access and routine are not available.
